Shipping Policy

At VeaMall, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and verified within 48 hours after placement.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

2. Delivery Time

  • Our standard delivery time is estimated between 10 to 15 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, local courier efficiency, and public holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Requirements
To ensure a successful delivery, please adhere to the following:

  • Phone Availability: Please keep your phone ON. The courier will call you to coordinate the delivery time. If you do not answer, the delivery may fail.

  • Prepare Cash: Please have the exact amount of cash ready upon arrival, as couriers may not carry change.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • In your email, please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (photos are appreciated if the item is damaged).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: VeaMall will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
