• Obligation to Accept: You agree to accept the package and pay the full amount upon delivery.

• Refusal Policy: Refusing a valid order upon delivery without a justifiable reason (e.g., package damage) causes financial loss to our business. We reserve the right to blacklist customers who maliciously refuse deliveries from future purchases on our platform and partner networks.

VeaMall shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
