1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 48 hours after placement.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
2. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is estimated between 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, local courier efficiency, and public holidays.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Requirements
To ensure a successful delivery, please adhere to the following:
Phone Availability: Please keep your phone ON. The courier will call you to coordinate the delivery time. If you do not answer, the delivery may fail.
Prepare Cash: Please have the exact amount of cash ready upon arrival, as couriers may not carry change.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

In your email, please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (photos are appreciated if the item is damaged).
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Wrong Items: VeaMall will cover the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
